Cosplay Submission

Bring your handmade costume to the Cosplay Exhibition during Vancouver Halloween Parade and Expo on Oct 13, 2019, and you will receive up to $200. This is an exhibition, not a contest, so every qualified participant will receive a reward to support your handmade costume.
