Step 1: Rules and Regulations

This is a family-friendly event and public safety is our first priority.

No blood or gore (zombies are welcome but no blood please).
No hateful costume or body parts.
No sharp weapon (please use plastic or wood, if you have to use metal, please cover the sharp blade or tip).
No replica gun (please use toys significantly smaller or larger than the real version).
No nudity or adult material

Step 2: Entry Fees

Entry Fee: Depends on the size of your exhibition.

All the prices include $10 non-refundable one year membership fee at Vancouver International Halloween Festival Society.

	Apply before Sep 25
Up to 50 participants and 1 vehicle	$500

Application must be submitted to the parade office on or before Wednesday Sep 25, 2024. All application fees include $40 membership fee at Vancouver International Halloween Festival Society.
